Function and Application of Paracetamol:
Paracetamol is an antipyretic and analgesic drug.
Description:
Paracetamol is inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the hypothalamic body temperature by inhibiting cyclooxygenase, leading to peripheral vasodilatation and sweating to achieve antipyretic effect.
Aspirin's antipyretic effect is the same as paracetamol, it inhibits the synthesis and release of prostaglandins and enhances the pain threshold and acts as an analgesic.
It belongs to peripheral analgesics and is weaker than aspirin. It is only effective for mild to moderate pain. This product has no obvious anti-inflammatory effect.
